Westminster Waste is committed to continually improving its performance through monitoring quality issues and through engagement with customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities and other interested parties.

The quality of our services and outputs, our compliance with customer requirements and the improvements we make are monitored for their effectiveness. Preventive and corrective actions are taken where necessary to continuously improve our services.

Meeting high quality standards is the responsibility of the entire Westminster Waste team and is driven by a committed Management Team, working with all interested parties to implement the company’s Quality Management System and achieve specific Quality Objectives.

The Managing Director has overall responsibility for this Quality Policy and is committed to continual improvement in quality management.
